An exciting time to be part of Sidetrade, as it is undergoing a period of fast growth Challenging, but rewarding work Not too hierarchical Flexible, working from home etc. Great team/office culture in Birmingham Frequent team events Regular trips to Paris - hackathons, summer party etc.

Cons

None really, except dealing with the fast pace of change that comes with a growing company. But helping the company scale is a great challenge to have

Pros

Everyone collaborates well across teams to achieve goals. Openness and honesty across organisation, from the board-level down. Great team events with a good vibe - attended by all teams from UK, France and Dublin. Opportunity to travel to Paris and practice very bad GCSE language skills.

- Great/Positive Culture in all aspects of the business - Massive growth potential for all employees - Everyone pleasant to speak to and spread knowledge - All management have great drive to push growth for the business

Cons

A lot of changes due to Sidetrade being a fast growing company but it makes an interesting place to learn and develop as an employee and a person.
