Pros

- bonus if you get your target (but not so much) - young collegues (mostly French people) - location : office in city center

Cons

- Few people stay more than 6 months, departure every months - The management can improve a lot (French management) - Salary (minimum) - Training : few days (sometimes only 1 or 2 days)

Thank you for your feedback. The average length of service in Dublin is 1.25 year. Some of our employees come to Ireland for a short-term experience and then return to their native country. We offer a competitive remuneration package based on experience and length of service (basic salary, bonus scheme, benefits, Sidetrade Social Club). We offer regular training to our employees. So little done, so much to do.

Pros

People are amazing: passionate about their expertise, nice, friendly, helpful... There are a lot of unused talents. The company is engaged in a fast growth... too fast! If you have the right manager, the right mission, the right momentum, you can have an opportunity to grow and evolve in your mission. If not, move on!

Cons

I've never seen so little humanity: people are the management's least concern, the growth strategy is done without thinking of the consequences on employees, the only motivation lever is the "carrot and stick": a lot of promises but no results. If you join the company, be prepared to work until you collapse to prove yourself until you realize it's never enough; to see your priorities shift every day without valid reasons; to work blindly without strategy, support from management or common sense; and even to be the victime of harassment and bullying in some departments! Eveything is done in full knowledge, there are no sanctions for those responsible and nothing ever changes.
