HR doesn’t exist at this company. When you have any concerns, personal or professional, the CEO will intercept it and decide whether to fire or keep you. Think “will the emperor allow me to live if I say something ” every time you have a concern.

This company needs to get a hold of themselves. They're continuing to hire and interview despite the fact that they laid of 15 people last week. They hired like crazy while interest rates continued to increase, causing business to decrease. They took away free lunch but continue to list it as a perk (the HR person who barely does any work should probably update the job listing). They didn't have any COVID leave available and think you should have to use your PTO for it if you don't have enough sick time. They don't pay any part of the health insurance you have to wait 90 days to access. Before the last round of layoffs, they quietly fired people one by one at the end of the day on Fridays and would make you uncomfortable if you asked where your coworker was the next Monday. They delete reviews on indeed when they're negative, and they really do flood this site with positive reviews created by new employees. Don't waste your time here.
