No true vision or strategy. The innovation is based on passion products from the original founder, not on customer market research of what users really want them to invent or innovate.

You can wear whatever clothes.

Cons

Management is horrible and don’t know what they are doing. Some you can tell got their position through relationships. Training is literally a bunch of quizzes for 2 weeks then they throw you on the computer with no training of the program and expect you not to mess up once.

Stay clear from this place, it’s run by HR and incompetent managers. They worry more about ratings and surveys than about treating employees fairly and based on achievements.
