Pros

Reasonably sized company, overall good culture and people. Capable management

Cons

Somewhat of a divide between the call center/fulfillment folk and those in engineering/finance/marketing etc. There are perks and bonuses the latter would get that the former do not (i.e. days off). Also, some growing pains as they go from a startup to a "real company"

Caring people and great company. Managers listen and interact with positive vibes. Lots of room for good career growth if interested in that, otherwise peaceful job.

Pros

Company is growing fast and is building on its success. They say "No Ego" and it's pretty much true. Everyone is approachable and friendly, welcoming to new ideas and eager to learn from your expertise. They really make you feel like you're part of the team and ask you to dive right in which means that you can have an impact right away. Management also really listens and cares. Seen a ton of changes and improvements based on feedback since I've been here, like more frequent and transparent communication, better pay, and more equitable treatment of people. All changes for the better.

Cons

Has some of the typical gaps and pains that come with a high growth company. Seems that the company went on a hiring spree during the pandemic, which means a bunch of new people (like me) who are trying to get traction. No formal training.
