Pay is not bad for entry level, office atmosphere is usually pretty easygoing

Cons

Growth is pretty limited, customers can be kind of pushy. Long shifts can get tiring.

Best company I have ever worked for, hands down. Startup culture with the stability of a big company. They allow me to be myself, to test and make mistakes. They give me tons of opportunity and responsibility. I have learned so much working here. They treat me like family. Everyone is humble, curious and easy to work with. Great compensation, growth opportunities, super flexible work/life balance, unlimited PTO policy. Casual dress environment. Fun retreats twice a year, catered lunches, awesome location, I could go on and on.

Cons

Can't think of any downsides.

This is seriously the best job I've ever had. They offer great health insurance. They gave me a $1,000 bonus come Christmas time even though I had only worked for them 4 months. People were great. I've read some of the reviews on this site and I can't fathom how people could have a bad experience here. If I had stayed in the Boston area I would've definitely stayed with simplsafe

Cons

No cons I can think of. Wait.....no, I can't think of any. Its a job people not chuck e cheese. What more do you want. Don't fix what's not broken
