Pros

- A lot of responsibilities and room for growth right out of college. Management have a lot of trust in employees. - Everyone is cool and humble to work with. - Flexible environment, unlimited PTO

Cons

- Pay is below market when you first start (you get raises though). - The groups can get cliquey, but it's getting better. - Young company, so no clear job divisions, career path, and exit opportunities. Good if you want to do generalist-ish roles at startups, not great if there are specific things you want to do.

Pros

-Beer Fridays - Weekly Mentor lunch paid - Casual dress - Friendly management - Good PTO (up to 15 days) - Holiday bonus

Cons

- Can be too casual with new hires - Too lenient with people who cannot be there on time or when scheduled - Office space isn't kept clean (stains all over carpet, never cleaned, in call center) - Kitchen was similar, the workers there mostly didn't care about cleaning up, especially dishes. - Severe lack of communication through the chain of command to the call center reps. - Less pay across the board compared to other companies for same positions.

Pros

Free security system when working there and a Christmas bonus of $1000

Cons

They literally hire anyone from the streets as long as they can answer a phone. Management will try and promote their friends, an example is I worked there for 2 years while I hear someone got there buddy promoted after 5months of working and they don't even know what they should. When switching to a new team your past scores and reviews are not acknowledged. Training is awful, when ever new hires come on the floor they never know anything and many more issues from that.
