Pros

Everyone was where your were at one point starting out. Genuine care in your development if you're willing to work!

Cons

Typical Call center High school issues. Pay could indeed use a touch up for management positions as well as Customer support roles.

Pros

- There's a sense of community within different teams - Food (given the company size): Happy hours on Friday; Biweekly lunches (wish they were weekly); Bagel Thursdays - People do seem to care - Location: easily accessible in the heart of Boston; gym and showers in the basement; bike storage is neat

Cons

- If your team is only you and your boss or something, it's an upward battle to establish rapport with others - Physical layout of the product/engineering/tech side vs. the marketing side hinders the ability to network and know the other side of the company - Onboarding process is finicky and depends on the team - HR benefits are somewhat unclear (commuter pass is annoying as it needs to be pre-charged)
