Easily the best job I’ve ever had. They’re committed to finding and cultivating talent from the inside and the development comes from the top down. They’re are great benefits and the senior leadership is involved in the day to day aspects of the company.

Cons

There's a lot to say but first of all is the high employee turnover! The job itself was stressful, but the manager makes everything else worse and brutal! They confuse employees and then blame us if we made the wrong choice! It's insane!
