The chaotic work environment of SimpliSafe is too stressful for me. The leadership is disorganized, and there's a lack of communication from the managers that makes us uncoordinated most of the time. This chaotic and disorganized work environment causes a lot of stress, especially since employees are the ones who have to fix issues in the workplace.

Supervisors lacked support and rarely took time to understand the daily grind, leaving us feeling despondent and disconnected. Everything felt lawless, with management changing priorities every other day, making it impossible to actually solve issues properly. Training was rushed and left out essential skills, so we were left scrambling and often blamed for problems beyond our control. Request for help from supervisors were typically met with indifference, if they responded at all. There was zero structure, and a the team morale was constantly tanking as people just couldn't keep up with the chaos.
