Meal cards, OT when several call out or bad weather occur.

Cons

Your job title is exactly what you get! MONITORED! Bathroom breaks are clocked, lunch is only 30 minutes, you give your all but it's not reciprocated. They will change your shift if your scores aren't of their expectations & the pay was too low to deal with BS! It reminded me of high-school all over again

There is a decent base pay overall

Cons

Got told there was commission and I'm getting over 50%, of my sales converted over but I still haven't received a commission check. This is a very far left leaning company politically and they let that be known. Times for breaks and lunches aren't always the same they change daily. Tech and customer support are in the Philippines and I constantly hear people complain.
