- Opaque management - Middling salary - Weak benefits & bonus - Boring culture, and was getting worse - Too many management hires with goal of impressing executives/board as opposed to best-interests of team

The pay was decent, and the benefits weren't bad.

Cons

The culture was a mess, and the support from others was non-existent. Anytime I tried to get help, it was always like hitting a brick wall. The way things were run felt stifling-no one ever wanted to share knowledge or collaborate. Instead, everyone was too busy being egocentric and protecting their own turf, leaving me to figure things out alone. It made a job that could have been decent completely unbearable.
