-Schedule (you don't get a say in it, and shift bids are RARE [only had 1 in the 16 months I was there]) -Not enough agents on phones during peak hours (weekends, nights, Mondays, Fridays) -Supervisors don't care about you or your goals/journey -Shady practices, ranging from deleting emails in everyone's inbox company-wide to 'the system' reactivating canceled accounts and charging customers for months and then only allowing a maximum of 6 months' worth of refunds despite it being the company's fault -You don't get PTO upfront. You have to earn it as you work. The first year there, you only get about 3 hours of PTO earned every 2 weeks, so it takes over a month to earn a single full day's worth of PTO.

Management needs more training and teams are constantly being shuffled.
