      Company and Management TANKING

      Pros

      You can still work from home but they are changing that.

      Cons

      Management across the board outside of a few in Mailgun/Email are becoming corporate machines. The great leadership members were all run out of town and replaced by corporate servants. It's funny they can't see what works well for their #1 producing org and apply it elsewhere. Instead, they do the opposite. Check the stock price, they have no clue what they are doing. No one has any opportunity to be promoted. You can get "exceeds expectations" and get a 1% raise. But when they backfill you, they have no problem paying 30% more for a worse employee. No bonuses, no motivation to work hard, they don't get it. Company is on a hiring freeze every year, we cannot backfill most of our team.

      No growth. Bad management. Bad place to work

      Pros

      Flexible, great PTO, great people, if you’re in sales they will treat you like a king.

      Cons

      Terrible management, promote wrong people, nepotism, not challenging, bad communication, high brow, no raises, terrible onboarding, lack of urgency, don’t care about employees growth, if you’re in tech support or technology they don’t care about you. Culture sucks there. Senior management has no idea what they are doing and act like they do. No accountability.

      No coherent strategy, employees pay the price

      - Competitive pay - Work/life balance - Friendly, talented coworkers

      Cons

      - No coherent strategy, employees are the ones suffering - Reactionary (fired contractors and employees months after hiring) - BUs are a mess and operates as if it is 10 different companies - Cost cuts have eliminated any opportunity to fix current issues
