Pros

Great salary, decent benefits, and remote work opportunities.

Cons

Terrible training, no respect for personal boundaries, no pips or warnings they will just terminate you. It's near impossible to get anything done since all of the teams are short staffed and within my first two months I was hearing stories about people who had to take leaves of absence for burnout. There is little respect for personal time and you are expected to be online til late into the evening or you aren't working hard enough. I was sold a better company, at least this way I might be able to get unemployment.

Pros

You can telecommute a couple of days a week. The benefits are standard.

Cons

You are overworked and underpaid. The UK counterparts are priority. The US does not matter. Managers will see you drowning in work and take suggestions for departmental improvements. However, they lie and state they are addressing the issues, when they are not. Do not trust anyone for any reason! The company should reevaluate upper management immediatetly. Also, employees are afraid to speak up and say that the workload is too heavy. Everyone I met was either having a nervous breakdown, crying or suffering from a major illness because they are over stressed. If you plan to work for the company, don't. Don't let them tempt you with trips to Europe. Your sanity is worth way more. There are jobs paying $10k to 15k more per year and you will have way less responsibilities.

Pros

A lot of freedom when it comes to remote work

Cons

Full of incompetent leaders hired from failing outside organizations with little knowledge of existing technology, processes, and people. There is a mass exodus at the individual contributor level, promotions are very very rare. Little respect and little opportunity for growth. I would suspect financial decline is imminent.
