      Heavy Micromanagement

      not very much as I have not seen anything good.

      Cons

      Cheap at salary, no bonus at all. Employees are under heavy micromanagement. all the time must be online and status are checked by managers. The senior managers do not trust employees and must be always CCed. No 1:1 with management. Mild racist behavior towards employee if employee is from India or China. No coaching or supporting during your employment when training is finished.

      Good if only there’s less toxic people from acquired company

      Good culture Flexible Strong and decisive HR and Head of APAC -> does not easily swayed by the unnecessary noise of employees - > provided fair benefits for everyone

      Toxic culture from acquired company Self-entitled colleagues Inorganic growth is a liability.

      Poor leadership

      Cons

      Sr Leadership has no experience running a company this size. Nor do they have experience of the software business. They are a bunch of ex-Ericsson telecom guys. HR is none-existent at best - has negative impact on the company in general CEO is not a leader in any aspect. Totally uninspiring, nervous.
