Pros

If you're ever hired, don't even think about giving suggestions for borderline incompetent infrastructure (depending on department). I thought office politics weren't a huge thing here- but I was dead wrong. People will act like everything's okay and you're friends and then they'll backstab you when the opportunity arises.

We constantly benchmark our benefits offerings, and offer a very competitive benefit program to our employees; in fact, we pay the majority of the cost of medical insurance for our employees. Pros

The only pro is helping the residents there. No one seemed to have a voice there as staff so if you could at least help the residents have a voice then that is rewarding.

Cons

The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Every person in management was deceitful. My supervisor was hateful and would do things that I should have taken her to court for. There was absolutely no support at this place and it affect my mental and physical health beyond words. A case was being built against our supervisor and then it was completely dropped and we had no support from anyone. I have so much hate for this company and the people who worked at the facility I was at. Life Enrichment is not a big department and yet six people quit in a year's time.

Pros

Residents were sweet, just like any other facility. That's the only pro.

Cons

NO leadership from owners down. No advocacy for employees. Regional directors and executive directors express negative and poor behaviors. Some department managers micromanage and entangle themselves in every other department creating drama. All. The. Time.
