I chose a location who ran through different managers so it was not structured or any dedicated training i truly needed. They need to get more solid in there structure and management otherwise no cons My manager was kind but if you stepped on her bad side she treated you very different The manager and area manager wanted another stylist gone because she "complained " too much She just wanted to help make the place better and they had a problem with it.

You can only make up to 50% of what you actually earn them. That's the highest percentage. If you don't make at least 1500 in services your paid min wage. Many of the administrators are immature and only there to make themselves look good. They aren't around when you need help. Constantly understaffed because they cannot keep employees. No real support from the company. I'd never work for them again.
