      Pros

      Collaborative culture focused on mutual support and recognition, taking appsec by storm and absolutely LAPPING competitors. Growth mindset everywhere. Every executive team leader is excellent.

      I've only been here for a little bit so still early.

      Demanding, but very rewarding

      Pros

      Great compensation & benefits. Wonderful colleagues who really try to help each other. Good offices (pre-Covid) with free snacks. Very transparent and open culture. Leadership are accessible (they're human beings you can talk to, not distant figures who you never come in contact with). Never boring, there's too much to do to get bored.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do, all the time. We're victims of our own success in some ways, the better the company does, the more we expect ourselves to overachieve next time. To some extent, there are pockets of people who want their opinions to be heard in anything and everything. Nothing bad about this, it's great that our people care, but we're scaling quickly and need to learn to let go of some of this stuff and focus on what matters.

      Pros

      Onboarding was easy and I always felt very supported. The leadership team are doing a great job at hiring the right people and this has created an amazing working atmosphere where you can get the help and support you need. The people team are great and always go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Company values are not just there for the sake of it, Snyk really does live up to its value of 'one team'! There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop your career here. Customers really love the solution. The Snyk platform is evolving quickly and customers continue to get more and more value from it. The SDR and SE teams are really top class and are doing an amazing job supporting sales.

      Cons

      Company is growing very quickly so extra effort is being made to maintain the company values and ensure new hires adopt them.
