Pros
I've had a lot of "learning experiences" in my career that make me truly appreciate strong leadership that focuses on what's most important. It's why I joined this company - a great boss, great product, great mission and opportunities to stretch and grow. I do love my job and team, such a great feeling.
Cons
B to B is a growth area for them and they started as B to C, so although a well established company with 12 years under their belt, they are going through some growing/learning pains. On that note, most are 100% remote and many in leadership will count on you to act - you need to ask for what you need, be open about what you don't know, find help/solutions when you need it and be willing to take the initiative.
