Awful White-Cultured Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Unlimited pto Some good people

Cons

Within the first 90 days: -The Director quit -The Manager quit -They lost about half the staff -They took away supervisor bonuses and raises Leadership has no idea how call centers work, a bunch of ivy league "know-it-alls". People of color beware that this is a very white-cultured group of people with a lot of unconscious bias. They hired a white-cultured man for DEI. These IVY leaguers are clueless and dont know what they dont know but think they know. Also their call centers systems are nonexistent. No budget for customer support. Customers are upset because platform bugs etc. Real interdepartmental collaboration is nonexistent. STAY AWAY!!

Pros

- good benefits - free mental health services - ability to learn a lot and work cross functionally - great place to network with others - flexible scheduling - minimal experience needed - if you do well mobility is possible

Cons

- big pay gap between SDR and AE - lack of management - turnover rate is big - seems as though managers are afraid of director and higher ups - you will probably work over 40 hr's per week - C suite seems to brag about the company and ignore problems (i.e. attrition) - goals are unrealistic - team is very small for what the goals are - main revenue creator for the entire company - lots of over promising and under delivering from directors and managers - expectations unknown until too late - hurry up and wait mentality - directors added a percentage cap to avoid paying ppl for work done if they don't hit a goal that is unknown until the beginning of the month - sometimes even far into the month.
