Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you felt the workload on your team was not sustainable. We’re proud to be a growing company and we aim to staff appropriately for the work at hand. If a team is feeling overwhelmed, we encourage associates to have candid conversations with their managers and HR Business Partners to make sure leadership is aware of, and can address, any issues around workload. We also strive to provide a clear career path and development opportunities for associates. To do so, we’re expanding our internal management training programs and our learning and development offering. We’re also standardizing processes around annual reviews and goal setting. It’s very important to us that associates have the support needed to develop their careers and a pathway to achieve their goals.
