Pros

Fast paced company, lots of infrastructure challenges due to many acquisitions. Everyone is nice and generally helpful. CEO seems genuine in his messaging.

Cons

Lack of cross-team collaboration as it relates to building a strong culture. No public groups on teams allowing you to find colleagues with similar interests.

Pros

Amazing co-workers and people making things happen for their customers. On all fronts, from Sales to support; the people there do everything to go above and beyond if they are customer facing.

Cons

Low Pay, excessive management change and culture shift. It is about trying to "right the ship", and get payments in at any cost and disregard for actual customer experience at the customer facing/user level.
