Pros

Amazing co-workers and people making things happen for their customers. On all fronts, from Sales to support; the people there do everything to go above and beyond if they are customer facing.

Cons

Low Pay, excessive management change and culture shift. It is about trying to "right the ship", and get payments in at any cost and disregard for actual customer experience at the customer facing/user level.

Decent Hours, Decent Schedule, People who work there are nice.

Was hard to get any opportunity for advancement. Was transferred after hiring on for one department to another. Tone deaf People running the company.
