Cons

Management is uneducated, male focused "good ol boy mentality" . Human resource is not there for you when you have a concern.

If you have children, DON’T! At start of pandemic, staff were basically forced to “voluntary resign” or be at your desk by 8am despite schools/daycares being shut down. PTO System should be illegal. Higher ups will involve you in situations you never knew existed until their boss is questioning you about it.

I always felt like I was doing something important, despite the lack of appreciation from upper management.

Cons

Decisions are made without asking how how it will affect the people who actually have to implement them. Unqualified people brought in from outside to fill positions instead of promoting within.
