Pros

You receive Discounted cable services.

Cons

The company does not care about frontline employees. Their reaction to Covid in the retail locations is a joke. It’s only a matter of time until it sweeps locations. The 3 weeks of Covid time off is only for employees who are either caring for a family member who has the virus, if you yourself have the virus, or if you do not have childcare due to school closures as a result of the virus. The reduced hours (closing at 6pm vs 8pm) is laughable. Our competitors have taken much stronger action to ensure employees and customers alike are protected.

Pros

Great Benefits Climb the corporate ladder for a decent schedule

Cons

No room for growth, VP's are more worried about their numbers versus you following your career path. Health scare (coronavirus) dont expect to close, you still work in groups of more than 50 people around you. Employees are paid 27% less than the average

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your concerns as we work together through these unprecedented times. As one of FEMA’s Community Lifeline sectors, our services are essential to hospitals, emergency first responders, government facilities, the news media and our communities to stay connected, help flatten the curve and protect the country. Making sure we deliver these vital communications while supporting our employees is our top priority. To that end, we recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help our employees better manage through this challenging time. These include an additional 15 days of paid time off to be used for any COVID-19 related personal need, increased social distancing plans in all of our call centers and operations facilities, and the option for remote work for employees whose jobs allow them to work outside the office without endangering our obligation to provide critical services. We thank you for all you are doing every day to support our customers and communities to ensure they remain both connected and safe.

Pros

Coworkers keep it tolerable with humor.

Cons

Coronavirus response is no work from home and must use vacation time, even after school districts close with no child care availability. After all PTO used, then can use sick time.
