Pros

A lot of the people that work here are pretty young and so am I. So it is nice to be able to make connections and relate to people that work here. My job role is very difficult at times with the amount of tracking requests coming in, but overall I like that busy pace. I really like my team and manager overall.

Cons

The amount of tech issues we have with our system we use…especially our tracking app. It is not normal for an app to have this many issues for our carriers and it makes it really hard in my role because all I do is focus on tracking. Another con would be there’s a lot of people that don’t do the right thing and are called out for it, but it’s more like a slap on the wrist rather than them actually correcting what they are doing wrong.

CEO is personable and makes appearances throughout each building/floor/team weekly, taking time to build relationships with employees.

Cons

More pay or bonus would be nice. Favoritism is an issue in certain areas.
