Great team with an excellent training program prior to hitting the sales floor.

Cons

Be ready for calls at 3-4 am from drivers if you're running loads in the east coast.

Pros

20% commission on top of $56k base for Chicago reps. It's 30% commission on loads you decide to book without the aid of the carrier department. Also, the office is pretty badass and the vibe is hardworking but casual and fun. Mgmt is down to earth.

Cons

There is a draw on the commission. So, until you surpass a certain amount of commission earned within a few consecutive pay periods, you won't have access to commission. In my opinion, this is fair and and anyone who really wants to be successful is wanting to make far more than the commission draw/threshold anyway so, it shouldn't be a problem.
