Pros

Pay.. somewhat and slowly degrading benefits. They offer life insurance which you do need since this warehouse is not up to OSHA requirements.

Cons

If you would like to work here just remember not to get hurt, even if it's someone else's fault you will be terminated.

Pros

- Smart, helpful coworkers - Untracked time off - Health insurance (this is being “revisited” by company leadership) - Work from home

Cons

- Layoffs - Lower than desired pay - CONSTANTLY shifting goal posts for bonuses - Cash bonuses and raises were canceled for 2022 and we’re to be paid in stock units on a 5-year vesting schedule (this was announced ~8 weeks before the big layoff) - Incompetent upper leadership - Engineering priorities changed rapidly, resulting in more work being done to undo partially completed work - Poor communication between departments, leading to lack of adoption for internal software tools - Misled about promotion schedule during recruitment - Company touts possibility of 5% bonus, raise, and stock, but only pays around 2% - “Spreetail Professionals of Color” resource group run mostly by white people - Company “culture” is just meant to make employees drink the Kool-Aid publicly on LinkedIn

Pros

You won't have to worry about a job offer because they need to layoff their staff.... again. Shared suffering makes the people around you great to work with One of my colleagues and I literally bet on how far off the organization's predictions would be One of the top executives provides great comic relief as he texts one of his minions about acceptable temperatures and how he wants the room he's about to be in set to 71

Cons

Repeating the same mistakes as in 2019, once again layoffs are coming... but we don't call them that. it's enhanced attrition. Multiple inventory purchasing mistakes, failing to listen to the warnings the experts hired provided, and focusing on how many dollars it takes to get to the moon (literally a true story) vs having accurate predictions just makes this place laughable. Year over year predictions are way off and the "projections" are closer to 100% off than 0 but I can't give an exact number. Incompetence abounds as leadership fires people (and then telling their peers) that they aren't what a 10 billion $ organization needs. Odd how an organization this smart makes so many "people" mistakes. Led by several "man children" you sadly can't tell them anything. Out of frustration multiple senior level people (truly talented people, not close friends) have either left or shockingly being let go.
