Spring Health reviews

I've been at Spring Health for over a year. The strongest pro is the people - our team consists of high-caliber, high-integrity individuals that are here for a reason. We have fun, we work hard and the results of our efforts are directly seen in the impact to our members, patients, and providers. We have challenges/opportunities just like every growing company and I believe we sequence them well, tackle them effectively and learn from the inevitable mistakes we make along the way. I hope to, and intend to, be a part of this team and mission for a long time. Another very strong pro is how parent friendly Spring Health is. As a benefits company ourselves, its important that we lead from the front and set a strong example. As a first-time parent I have felt extremely supported by Spring Health's policies and leadership, and my family and I are grateful for that.

Since Day One, I've been impressed with everything about Spring. The people here are great - smart, down-to-earth and mission driven. Although a lot of us are distributed, I've never felt disconnected or "on an island". Leadership does an awesome job of keeping the team cohesive. While the people here are a huge part of what make Spring Health exceptional, our mission is what (I believe) really sets us apart. I'm genuinely excited to be part of a company that's working to eliminate all barriers to mental health care.
