Cut all DEI, claims to maintain values

Really smart and talented colleagues.

Cons

At this point the company's mission feels like marketing. The CEO leads from a place of fear, cut all DEI with little to no empathy and then when employees reacted, basically sent an email saying it was my decision deal with it.

Great teammates, great mission. Everyone is smart.

Cons

Workload is unreasonable and expectations are unrealistic. Morale on the CSM team is at an all-time low and has been for months, and nothing meaningful has been done to address it. The internal chaos makes it impossible to thrive in this role, and all of our mental health is suffering.

Pay is decent compared to other companies Individual teams are great

Cons

No longer have flexible PTO for hourly workers.. leadership says this is due to a discrepancy in some team members taking 2 days of PTO and some taking 60 hours of PTO. Maybe speak with those managers approving that much PTO to mitigate this properly instead of taking away a benefit from an entire group of workers. Which by the way, was not removed from salaried workers. I guess hourly workers are bottom of the barrel. Additionally, our $500 wellness reimbursement was taken away but given back when the new PTO model was announced because they knew it would cause backlash. Except it is taxed so enjoy your $300. Changes in insurance has caused headaches for so many.
