Spring Health reviews

I joined Spring Health with such high hopes and left with such a negative experience. This company will expect everything from you and reward you for nothing. The people that you work with on a peer level are great, but leadership is full of people who only care about themselves and treat everyone else as a number that can be replaced instantly. For a company that values mental health, I would expect them to care more about the people giving their all to work every day but sadly this was not the experience that I had here.

Disclosure, it's been a year since I left, but I don't expect much has changed. Spring is growing way too fast for care support staff to keep up with the constant barrage of requests from providers and members, which leaves coordinators overworked and burned out. There was lots of talk about taking care of yourself and your mental health, but in reality, the expectation was to never say no and to keep up the hustle.
