Large market share. Profitable company.

Cons

Multiple "silos" keep executive management in the dark from what is really happening. Masters at game playing and corporate politics. Customer is not a priority. Majority of corporate employees disgruntled and as a result only put forth a minimum effort. Despite efforts by HR to portray a very fair and inclusive environment, a deeply rooted old-school sexist environment is allowed to flourish.

If you are into cars the product line is interesting. Most co-workers are motor heads.

Cons

Did the work of two people. Senior management played the good cop bad cop routine. Also inconsistant with directions.
