Pros

I feel that Stark Carpet has built a company that values its employees and their input. They understand the balance required in both work and family. In a demanding environment, leadership is continuously striving to create systems and processes to help streamline the work flow. Currently run by third generation family and constantly evolving to keep with the everchanging design industry.

Cons

In a constantly evolving industry, it can be demanding being pulled in many directions. I don't consider this a con for the right person with a strong work ethic.

Excellent Company for Growth as a Professional

Pros

In this account manager role you end up wearing a lot of different hats. While this role isn't for everyone; if you have a desire to grow as a professional and learn a lot of different aspects of a business then this is an excellent opportunity. the commission is also unmatched by anything I have ever seen before.

Cons

Benefits are expensive. Probably the most expensive I have had. Some departments seem to be rather small for the workload that they receive and thusly we end up with long wait times to receive answers back. Everyone works together as a team though and makes sure the work gets done.
