Pros

The showroom featured beautiful carpets and rugs, There were some interesting events and parties throughout the year. The team made a lovely effort to celebrate birthdays which was nice.

Cons

While the showroom itself is beautifully designed, it’s very dark, with no natural light or windows in the offices or kitchen, which I found quite challenging. Over time, this lack of natural light had a noticeable impact on my mental wellbeing. The work environment felt quite cliquey at times — though this may have changed since my time there, it wasn’t something I personally enjoyed. The pay was average, and there was a tendency toward micromanagement. I was once reprimanded for having a small chip in my nail varnish, which gave the impression that the focus was sometimes placed on the wrong priorities.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear you appreciated the beauty of our showroom, the events, and the thoughtful efforts from the team to celebrate one another — those are all things we value deeply at Stark. I also want to acknowledge your concerns. We recognize that the physical workspace can have a real impact on wellbeing, and your comments about the lack of natural light are important. We’re actively exploring ways to improve our environments across locations. I’m also sorry to hear that aspects of the culture and management style didn’t meet your expectations. That’s not the experience we aim to create, and your feedback helps us reflect and grow. Thank you again for your time at Stark and for taking the time to share your perspective. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Best, Chad Stark CEO
