Pros

Good pay and decent benefits, the remaining folks are trying to make it work. Claims is grossly under staffed but tenured employees have just enough pride to still keep the wheels on.

Cons

Burned out employees have a hard time using the vacation time they've earned. Shifts are not always conducive to work/life balance. Same for requesting time off.

Pros

only two good things about this company = good salary, pension

Cons

stressful environment, work load too much, company does NOT care about their people, no stability (they'll cut an entire department of people and give them a week's notice), awful shifts, no work life balance, basically wear ball and chain while at your desk, if you accept a job here you may as well set up an appointment to get on anxiety medicine and kiss your home life good bye

Pros

overtime and pension are only pros right now

Cons

- Never available time to take off, literally ever, time off is scheduled off a year in advance because management think's life is some planned activity - No time for kids because never able to take a day off when people are out - New upper management is driving away customers because morale is so poor - Bonuses were lowest they have been in years because so many customers are leaving - Numbers game now - Zero work culture, people have become drones who just come in and leave, management could care less about morale - Accrued vacation cut back - No room for promotion or advancement unless you want to move across the country
