Pros

Pay Benefits Coworkers were the nicest and best people! I made a lot of lifelong friendships here.

Cons

Points system. You get about the same points if you’re a half hour late or are out the whole day. They don’t care why you’re absent, even if it is something out of your control, points. They look for reasons to write people up and terminate employment. I never felt any job security. Management lies to you. Don’t bother asking any questions. They tell you what they want to tell you. If you are a claims representative you are chained to the desk for 8-10 hours a day with very short breaks. Maybe ok for some, I am too active and was unhappy with that set up.

Pros

This used to be a great place to work. About 10 years ago. Right now, the only pro that I can think of is that the most recent round of lay-offs came with decent severance packages for some employees.

Cons

Senior management is clueless. They keep dragging the company through multiple, clumsy re-orgs in an effort to save their failing business model, but each re-org simply leaves the company less capable than it was beforehand. Tipsord, Fawad, and Pettit have orchestrated what could reasonably be called the sloppiest IT restructuring in modern history. Employee morale is in the toilet.

Pros

Nice people. Everyone is trying.

Cons

Too much pressure. Long time on the phones with no breaks. Every minute of the day is tracked. Questions will literally be asked about every minute of the day. Get punished for being 1 minute late for a break/lunch. Absolutely no flexibility. Turnover rates are bad. Nobody is able meet expectations. New groups are brought in the building over and over.
