They offer a pretty good benefit package.

Cons

They are all about numbers/metrics. They do no allow for work/life balance anymore. It is a very stressful environment and the morale is very negative and depressing now. Management does not care for the employee, they are too focused on climbing the corporate ladder. There are many people leaving the company now that they are restructuring the company, it is really going downhill and changing for the worse.

This company does not pay as much as it's competitors so I would suggest if you have experience to either negotiate your salary or go else where to be paid what you deserve.
