Pros

- Flexible work environment - Great leadership (I do not say this lightly) - Ample opportunities to get involved in company initiatives - Very collaborative culture with great internal training - Lots of really smart coworkers who are reliable and willing to help you; you need only ask.

Cons

- Typical fast-growing company pains -- growth sometimes outpaces processes or support, but it is being addressed (seriously, they are always improving things) - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives are in their infancy -- There is an opportunity for people in the company and new employees to shape these into what they want them to be, but it needs work. - You need to be comfortable either taking the initiative to figure things out or ask someone for help and be ok with getting things wrong. - This will be hard if you are only used to staying within your specific function/job description. - This will be hard if you are merely good at delegating. You need to be able to roll your sleeves up.

Pros

The only pro about this company is they offer remote work for their developers.

Cons

- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE and a very TOXIC company. I'll stay away and look somewhere else If I were you. - Set very unrealistic expectations. I was hired as a React Developer and expected to work FullStack without any guidance or mentorship. - Unfair hiring and unfair termination practices. They would hire someone with less experience and pays less for the work that would require 6 to 7 years of experience. - They would hire developers with 2 years of experience and expected to perform like seniors that have 6 to 7 years of experience. If you don't meet their unrealistic expectations from the day you start they would terminate you immediately without any warnings.
