      What a way to get your foot in the door to the music industry!

      Pros

      Stem’s engineering teams are great. Everyone on the team is so chill, everyone is open to do paired programming, answer questions and providing guidance in general. Fast progress is encouraged even if it means breaking a thing or two along the way. But that’s how you learn.

      Cons

      In a remote-first environment, it’s hard for the product and engineering teams to connect with the client facing teams. Luckily through the company-wide retreat both sides of the company were able to connect and align.

      Pros

      Great company culture, good benefits and amazing people. Everyone is very open, kind, smart, and passionate about the business. The top management is very concerned about the well being of their employees.

      Cons

      I couldn't think of any big cons. Maybe not good for people who want to meet in person since most people work remotely from around the world.
