      Pros

      In my career, I have never felt more heard, appreciated & supported than I did during my time at Stem. The team was full of dedicated professionals who genuinely cared about the work we were doing and it made it a true joy to go to work every day.

      Pros

      Stem has an incredible culture of open communication and support. From the CEO down respect for one another and the trust that everyone is working towards a common goal permeates the everyday operations. If you are stuck, ask another engineer, if they're stuck, they know who can help, and everyone is always willing to help. If you have a question about any portion of the business people are happy to answer questions and listen. The atmosphere is very congenial, and the problems you'll work on are cool and varied.

      Cons

      For me personally the lack of a physical office was the only real con.
