The president is an excellent fundraiser and the company is flush with money, but there is absolutely no plan. The operations are run minute to minute with no strategy. Executives are poster children for the Peter Principle. They were promoted from within to well above their highest level of competence. The lack of direction is disturbing to the rest if the organization and I doubt the charade can go on much longer. Execs are well compensated but everyone else is below market. Operations and Financial professionals will be especially disappointed with the disorganized, chaotic workplace. Take your talent elsewhere!
