work-life balance has been and continues to be nonexistent. Too many aggressive goals to juggle. We're not pacing ourselves. Everything is urgent all the time, every day, every week, every month and every year. The consistent anxiety is real and affects us in real physical and mental ways. The pros start to fall short next to this elephant of a con. I know some of us would sacrifice some of that and pay it back to the company just to have more sanity.

The new CEO has created a toxic work environment. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and treated poorly. No clear strategic vision—leadership decisions feel reactive, short-sighted, and disconnected from the realities of the business. Zero transparency from upper management, leaving employees feeling lost and unsupported. High turnover is inevitable as top talent is already looking to leave due to burnout and lack of direction. Morale is at an all-time low, and there’s no indication it will improve under the current leadership.
