It’s very evident the board and c-suite have a case of amnesia. Despite being consistently brought issues and shared concerns, there is never any acknowledgment and certainly never any action taken. It’s all an act of performance and silence. There is an increasing culture of hostility and degradation. A lack of accountability encourages this culture. The current CEO has only increased the diminishing of the culture. Doug Tuthill is no longer CEO, so the rating is reflective not of him but of the current sitting CEO.
