Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience at Stewart. I'm sorry you didn't find it to be a positive one. As a sales organization, we've worked hard to build an environment that offers our reps the tools and training they need to succeed. Thus, I'd like to address your perception that we micromanage. While one of the benefits of a sales role with us is uncapped earning potential, the reality is, to be a top performer requires a commitment to laying a solid foundation for success - which includes a structured sales process. In our many years in business, we've learned that true sales talent not only appreciates, but seeks out management's help in getting their sales pipeline full. Moreover, they are highly self-motivated to do what it takes to get themselves to the financial level they desire. This job isn't for everyone, and we know that. That's why we are proud of the sales reps who have chosen to commit their energy and focus to building a successful career here. Those individuals don't see us as micromanagers, they see us as supportive of their best interests. For anyone who reads this and is considering joining our team, I encourage you to talk openly with our managers about what it takes to succeed here. I think you'll find that we do all that we can to help you realize your potential. Sales is hard, but insanely rewarding. We'd be happy to have you speak to some of our most successful reps and hear their journey to that success. - Joe O'Malley, President

I appreciate you taking time to share your frustration and am sorry to hear working at Stewart didn't meet your expectations. We were a bit surprised to read this review. In particular, it's clear you felt you weren't being paid fairly or trained properly. Given we are in the technology business, we have an entire process dedicated to training our service technicians. Additionally, new hires are taught to seek out help as much as they need. For any candidates considering a service tech role with us, please inquire about our approach to training in the interview and decide for yourself if it is sufficient. We'd also be happy to have you speak with some of our long-term technicians to get their advice on how to get up-to-speed and confident in your role. It's in our best interests to make you a pro at your job! As for the compensation, when someone accepts a role in our organization, as this reviewer did, we believe we are entering into a partnership and assume that in agreeing to the pay rate, you will deliver your services in exchange. We don't want anyone to accept a role with us if they feel the pay is beneath them. That does not make for a good partnership. I would encourage anyone exploring a job with us to be certain the pay we mutually agree to is acceptable. That way, you can do the job with confidence and satisfaction. We wouldn't want it any other way. We want employees to feel good about their decision to work at Stewart. - Joe O'Malley, President
