There is no micromanagement due to the fact that they hire only "A" people that know how to succeed on their own. This is truly a company that gives you the freedom to have a self-supporting role and will meet your any request to help get the deal done. As a whole, Straight North is a very process driven company with a proven task management system that only adds to their client retention rate of over 96%. They support their employees many ways including things like having an open door policy, ongoing professional training, generous compensation and healthcare plans, free snack bar and beverage fridge, and giveaways/contests to name a few perks. This is a fast growing company that is considered one of the leaders in a fast growing industry and I would recommend jumping at the opportunity to be a part of this team.

The people here are incredibly friendly and collaborative. It's easy to work with colleagues. 1 day in office and 4 days remote is great work life balance for those who are local.
