Most of the mid-level managers are good. 4 days remote is convenient.

Cons

- Company culture has deteriorated due to poor leadership decisions. - 85% of employees are overworked and underpaid. - Clients are unhappy with new process changes. When I finally got out of this company, the new job posting to replace me was offering 20k more than what I received...for the same role - There's clearly no structure or justification to how they pay their employees.

The people here are incredibly friendly and collaborative. It's easy to work with colleagues. 1 day in office and 4 days remote is great work life balance for those who are local.

Cons

The pay is not the best wish they could reward their loyal employees.
