Pros

- The Program Managers are wonderful to work with. They are supportive and responsive. - Frequent evaluations, feedback, and salary increases. - I like the fact that they give you materials (structure), but within that structure they encourage you to innovate. Lots of room for individuality and creativity. - Definitely have some of the better test preparation materials I've seen. - Seem to have a collaborative corporate culture - Flexibility re setting your hours and locations - Provide training

Cons

- lots of driving - lots of paperwork

Pros

Great students, materials, and opportunity to set a somewhat flexible schedule. Great part-time- very part-time opportunity.

Cons

Uncommunicative area managers, families can derail your career if they misread or read into something you've said and post negative feedback. You are basically left on your own to figure it out after the training and if you don't -they will ditch you.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that we do have great people and an inspiring mission. Like many overachieving individuals and organization, the same drive that creates growth and opportunity can go too far and lead to burn out. The management team and I try to watch that carefully and to listen to any and all feedback from our team, and your note is a good reminder to continue to do so. Thanks again, Greg President & Co-Founder
