Pros

I have a steady flow of students, and I have a manager to turn to when I have a question about curriculum, or about a student or parents. I don't have to worry about finding my next client or taking payment they do that all for me, and provide a curriculum manual for every session so there is very little prework on my part

Cons

Driving in snowy Chicago is sometimes a drag but that would be the same for every tutoring gig!

Pros

Studypoint has been great for me, I was looking for some part time tutoring work and they set you up with students provide the curriculum and take care of everything. Its great to have a manager to reach out to in an industry where you are typically all on your own!

Cons

Sometimes my students are a little reluctant - but you get that with any tutoring situation.

Pros

They make sure you are trained. They work with your schedule. The program managers are great to work with.

Cons

You can go a while with no students, then get slammed with a bunch. Also they've changed the review process for raises at least 3 times since I was hired.
