At my level they pay pretty well. Benefits are good if you elect the PPO. 401k match is very good. 5% if you contribute 5%.

Cons

Terrible morale. No reward for hard work. Positions below me don't pay very well. Upper management doesn't care about their employees. They take 1 benefit away annually. This has gone on for the last 5 years. Not a lot of room for advancement at this time.

Pros

IT team is a Gem to work with, the whole team knows their responsibilities and does it diligently but the Management has no technical background.

Cons

It is a very stressful environment. And the management wants you to give them every minutes accounting for the day. IT management is not technical.
